A member of the Luxembourg Bar since 1993, Philippe holds a Master’s degree in Private Law from the University of Strasbourg and a Certificate in English Legal Studies from the University of Leicester. He began his legal career in 1993 and has worked as an attorney-at-law since 1996.

His background includes active involvement in the world of international sports law. He is a former member of the board of international judges of the International Motorcycling Federation and served as chairman of the legal committee for Luxembourg’s motorcycle racing federation.
