Joe Thielen is a senior lawyer at Lex Thielen & Partners and heads the firm’s domiciliation and compliance practice. His work spans corporate law, company domiciliation, immigration, and real estate, with direct experience handling complex cross-border company sales and multi-contract real estate transactions.

After graduating from the University of Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne with master’s degrees in both Private Law and Political Science, Joe began his legal career in private practice before spending nearly two decades in public service. He joined Lex Thielen’s firm in 2003 and brings a long-standing perspective on both legal and institutional matters.
