Fabien has appeared before the Luxembourg Supreme Court in precedent-setting cases, including a reversal on the burden of proof in civil litigation and a defining judgment on third-party opposition deadlines in insolvency matters. Together with Lex Thielen, he has also advised embassies and emerging businesses on commercial leases and secured a judicial audit in a contested corporate matter based on a newly introduced provision of law.

Fluent in Luxembourgish, French, English and German, Fabien supports a diverse client base, from global companies and real estate professionals to individuals and family-owned businesses. He contributes regularly to legal publications, teaches real estate law to professionals at the “Chambre des Métiers,” and has spoken at international conferences, including for the Alliott Global Alliance.

Fabien holds a Bachelor’s degree in Private Law from the University of Montpellier, an LL.M. in European Competition Law from the University of Amsterdam, and an LL.M. in European and International Business Law from Trinity College Dublin, where he graduated with First Class Honours with Distinction.
